By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, requesting access, participating in collaboration activities, using GNA-related materials, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Website
gninc.org provides information about Global Neuropsychology, Incorporated, the GNA test battery, collaboration opportunities, normative data collection, translation activities, research collaboration, training, consultation, and related professional resources.
The public website, gninc.org, is maintained separately from any GNI testing site or test administration platform.
2. Eligibility and Verification
Some resources, materials, collaborations, testing access, research activities, translation activities, or professional opportunities may be limited to approved users, including collaborators, translators, examiners, researchers, clinicians, coordinators, or other authorized persons.
To verify eligibility, GNI may request professional or institutional information such as name, email address, professional title, institution or organization, country, LinkedIn profile, research profile, institutional profile, or other relevant professional details.
Identity and affiliation information collected through gninc.org is used for verification of collaborators, translators, examiners, researchers, coordinators, and other applicants who request access to GNI-related activities or resources. It is not intended to collect identifying information of patients, examinees, or test participants.
3. Testing Site and Examinee Information
The GNI testing site is kept separate from the public landing website, gninc.org.
The testing site is designed so that it does not collect identifying information of patients, examinees, or test participants.
GNI does not request, require, or permit users to submit patient, examinee, or participant identifiers to GNI through the testing site, public website, contact forms, or general inquiry forms.
Users are strictly prohibited from submitting patient, examinee, or participant identifying information to GNI, including but not limited to full names, personal addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, government identification numbers, medical record numbers, insurance numbers, photographs, or any other information that could directly identify an individual.
Any data shared with GNI must be non-identifying and must not contain patient or examinee identifiers. Users are responsible for ensuring that any data they collect, enter, upload, transmit, or share complies with applicable privacy, research, ethics, institutional, United States, European, and local legal requirements.
4. Professional and Research Use
GNA-related materials, scoring tools, forms, instructions, translations, reports, or other resources are intended only for authorized professional, clinical, educational, or research use.
Access to GNI materials does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, publish, modify, reverse engineer, or provide GNI materials to unauthorized persons without written permission from GNI.
5. No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice
Information provided by GNI is for educational, research, informational, and professional purposes only.
Nothing on the website, testing site, or related materials should be treated as a substitute for medical, psychological, neuropsychological, legal, ethical, or other professional advice.
Users are responsible for exercising their own professional judgment and for complying with all applicable laws, ethical rules, institutional policies, professional standards, consent requirements, and review-board requirements.
6. Research, Data Use, and Publications
Users who collect, enter, or submit data are responsible for obtaining all required permissions, consent, ethics approvals, institutional approvals, and legal authorization.
GNI may use non-identifying, de-identified, coded, aggregated, or statistical data for purposes such as research, validation, normative studies, quality improvement, test development, academic publication, presentations, reports, and collaboration.
GNI may publish studies, summaries, analyses, or findings based on data collected or contributed through approved activities, provided such use does not include patient or examinee identifiers.
GNI may share non-identifying, de-identified, coded, aggregated, or statistical portions of data, results, or findings with authorized researchers, collaborators, service providers, academic partners, or professional partners for legitimate research, operational, publication, or collaboration purposes.
7. Payments
GNI may accept payments for approved services, access, training, consultation, digital materials, professional resources, research support, administrative processing, or other offerings.
By making a payment, you confirm that the billing information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. GNI does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on gninc.org.
8. No-Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable unless GNI states otherwise in writing for a specific service or transaction.
This no-refund policy applies to payments for digital access, professional materials, consultation, training, administrative processing, research support, or other services.
If you believe a payment was made in error, duplicated, or charged incorrectly, please contact GNI at info@gninc.org. GNI may review such requests at its discretion but is not obligated to issue a refund unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
9. Delivery and Access
Digital access, materials, consultation details, service information, or related resources may be delivered by email, website access, account access, or another approved method.
Access or delivery may depend on eligibility review, payment confirmation, verification of identity or affiliation, administrative processing, or approval by GNI.
If you have paid for an approved service or resource and have not received access within the expected timeframe, please contact info@gninc.org.
